Our estimated delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the date the order was placed.
Our estimated delivery times are based on business days Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
If you believe your order is still delayed please check the following:
- confirmation email has your correct delivery address.
- If the delivery address is a business, check reception and the mailroom for your parcel.
- If the delivery address is your home address with delivery instructions, please ensure you check your property (mailbox, carport etc) or any safe location the driver may have left the parcel.

- Your tracking number is sent with your email confirmation titled “Trendz Studio: Your Order is on its way”
- Click on the tracking number, this will redirect you to Australia Post live tracking portal.

Ensure you don’t miss your delivery
All deliveries from Trendz include Safe Drop. This means your parcel will be left in a secure place at your address if no one is home. Please note if there is no secure location to leave your parcel at your house in the comment section at the final stage of checkout.
If your parcel is being delivered to a business or work address, include your business name and delivery instructions in the comment section. (eg “Leave at Reception)
Out of Stock Items
If you have ordered an out of stock item, your order will be placed on hold until it is available.

Aerosols & Flammable Items
Please note aerosols & flammable items are restricted to Australia Post eParcel Standard Shipping via road. Express shipping is not eligible.
